Do you work on my make?
Almost certainly. Domestic, Japanese, Korean, and most European daily drivers are all regulars here. The only things we wave off are exotics and heavy diesel — and we'll point you to someone honest who does them.
Do I need an appointment for a NY State inspection?
It helps, because we book inspections on the hour and they run about 40 minutes. Walk-ins work too when a bay's free — the badge on our homepage shows if we're open right now.
Can you install parts I bought online?
Usually, yes. We'll tell you straight if the part looks wrong or risky before it goes on. Heads up: customer-supplied parts carry the maker's warranty, not our 24/24 one — labor is still covered.
How fast can you get me in?
Most jobs land within two or three shop days, and same-day happens more than you'd think. Book online and we'll text a confirmed time within the hour, during shop time.
Loaner bikes. You're serious?
