Ridgeline Auto Works

Book a service

Two minutes. One bay, saved for you.

Tell us the car and the trouble. We'll text back a confirmed time within the hour, during shop time.

Request a time

Fill in what you know, skip what you don't. A human reads every one of these.

Only texts about your car. Never marketing.
"Whenever" is a valid answer.
Noises, warning lights, deadlines, "it only does it on the highway" — all useful.

We reply by text within the hour, during shop time. No spam, no robocalls.

What happens next

Three steps between "request my slot" and your keys back.

We text you a time

A real person reads your request and replies within the hour, during shop time, with a confirmed slot.

You approve one number

After we look the car over, you get a written estimate. Nothing gets touched until you say go.

Drop off, grab a bike

Key drop is the orange box by bay one. Loaner cruisers are free with any repair — most of town is ten minutes flat.

Before you ask

Booking questions, answered

What if I don't know what's wrong?

Pick "Making a noise" or "Something else" and describe it in your own words. "Sounds like a shopping cart on gravel" tells us more than you'd think. Diagnostics are $69, credited toward the repair.

Can I wait while you work?

For oil changes, inspections, and tire work — absolutely. There's decent coffee, strong Wi-Fi, and a window into the bays so you can watch. Bigger jobs, take a loaner bike or arrange a ride.

Do you take walk-ins?

When a bay's free, yes. Booked cars come first, but if the "Open now" badge is green it's worth swinging by. Batteries and quick checks usually happen on the spot.

What should I bring?

Just the car and the key. If the registration's in the glovebox, that covers inspections. For a warranty claim from another shop, bring the old invoice and we'll take a look.

Forms not your thing?

Denny picks up the phone.

Call the counter and talk to the person who'll actually work on your car.
