Since 1987

A firm built slowly, on purpose

Watch the line as you scroll. Thirty-eight years, one standard.

  1. 1987

    A desk above the pharmacy

Gregory Calloway hangs his shingle over Main Street with a typewriter, a phone, and a promise to return every call.

  2. 1994

    Birch joins the letterhead

Marisol Birch brings family law to the firm, and the sign painter gets his second commission.

  3. 2003

    The Grist Mill Lane office

The firm buys and restores the old feed store: brick walls, tall windows, and finally enough parking.

  4. 2016

    The next generation

Tom Reave joins as an associate, and the firm's thousandth Southtowns closing quietly gets a cake.

  5. Today

    Same promise as 1987

Calls returned by end of day. Fees in writing. Counsel you can keep.

Kind words

What clients say

Greg walked us through my mother's estate with so much patience. Every fee was quoted up front, and every promise was kept.

Carol W. East Aurora, NY

We closed on our first house without a single surprise. They caught an issue in the title search that would have haunted us.

Devon & Amy R. Orchard Park, NY

Marisol handled my divorce with dignity for everyone involved, including my ex. My kids never became bargaining chips.

Sandra K. Hamburg, NY

Questions we hear a lot

What does the first consultation cost?

Nothing. Your first thirty minutes are free, in person or by phone. If we're not the right fit, we'll point you to someone who is.

Do you charge by the hour?

For most wills, estate plans, and residential closings we quote one flat fee before any work begins. Litigation and ongoing business counsel are hourly, and we'll estimate the range honestly up front.

How fast will you get back to me?

Calls and emails received before 3 p.m. are returned the same business day. That's a firm policy, not a slogan.

Do I really need a will?

If you own a home, have children, or care who makes decisions for you if you can't, then yes. It's a smaller job, and a smaller bill, than most people fear.
